Where are your products made?
No Plans is designed in Brooklyn, NY and made in Vietnam. Every piece is carefully crafted by our friends at ALIM Intertex, a world-class global factory group since 1983. With thousands of employees and operations across Asia, ALIM is as committed to its employees as it is to making high quality products.
What fabric do you use and how is it sustainable?
Our Cupro blend is breathable, silky, and soft, made from recovered cotton waste. Our fabric is buttery smooth, washable, and biodegradable. It keeps you cool in the summer and cozy in the winter by naturally regulating your moisture.
How do I wash/take care my No Plans clothes?
As with all natural fabrics, our ultra-fine, plant-based fibers may be prone some slight scuffing from the friction of usage and washing. Avoid over-washing and follow our care instructions.
We recommend hand washing in cold water. Fill your sink with a delicate soap - use a plant-based detergent free of fragrance, optical brighteners, chlorine, and phosphates so that it's better for you and the environment. Place your item into the water and gently swirl it around for a few minutes. Drain and refill the sink with clean, cold water. Rinse your garment by swishing it around once more, and then gently press it to remove excess water. Be careful to not wring or twist, as this can distort its shape.
Reshape the garment on a dry towel. Roll up the towel, pressing as you go, to help extract the water still left in the garment. Finally, reshape the garment, and lay it flat on a drying rack or on a fresh towel to air dry.
Steam or iron on a low setting for the best silky drape after washing.

How much is shipping?
We are happy to offer free US shipping on all orders over $95. If your order under $95, Standard Shipping (3-6 business days) is available at $7.50. You can also upgrade to Express Shipping (2-4 business days) at $22.50.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we don't offer shipping outside of the United States at this time. Soon!
When will my order ship?
It takes about 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, it'll take: 3-6 business days (Standard Shipping), and 2-4 business days (Express Shipping).
What if I’m having problems with tracking?
If you are having trouble locating your tracking number please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Can I expedite my order?
If you would like to opt for Express Shipping, you may do so during checkout under shipping options.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you would like to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you may return the items within 30 days, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order has been shipped we cannot make changes to your order. Please contact USPS for more information.
What happens if my package gets stolen?
That is always frustrating when a package goes awry. Once your items are shipped however, we cannot be liable if it is lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact USPS for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please return each item looking new, with tags still intact. A quick try-on is cool.
For refunds to credit cards, we deduct $7.50 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
How long will my return or exchange take to process?
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
What if my product is damaged, defective or incorrect?
